dumb things I've done

This morning I DID set the alarm early. But I did not get out of bed and put on my running clothes. Of course, this meant I ended up doing three miles in 90 degree heat. Dumb. Really dumb. It is hot out there when it is 90 degrees! But I got it done. More hot running tomorrow!
