That is all I could think about on my run tonight. Yesterday we buckled down on the eating and it feels good. But even though I had a cereal bar and a banana before tonight's run, I was so so so hungry by the fourth mile. I know my body has to adjust to fewer calories in a day. But I fear that adjusting to fewer PPD (Pop Tarts per day) will take a little longer.
I did make it through my run and was thinking that I probably didn't have enough protein today. So I will work on that tomorrow.
Tonight was the first group run of the new team. I had planned to go and was really looking forward to it but time constraints just made it impossible for today. Hopefully next week will work out.
Yeah, I'm still thinking about Pop Tarts. My Mom sent cookies yesterday but I immediately had to package them in packets of two and put them in the freezer. I have such a sweet tooth!
