run, eat, sleep, repeat
I did a really slow five miles today. My right hamstring was still bothering me so I decided it was because my entire town is uphill. No matter which way I run a route, I have to go uphill. So when I did my speed work the other night, it was also uphill. I felt enough better before I went out for my run that I wasn't too worried but I wanted to be careful. I kept my speed and heart rate down. And I will do the same in the morning when I head out for 11 miles. Yikes. The half marathon is in two weeks. I'm really glad the second half of the race is flat!
