three-fer

I can't remember the last time I did three days in a row. But tonight I did 2.8 miles, making it the third running day in a row. It felt like it. My legs were a little heavy and it felt slow. But I'm not sure how slow since my watch shut off towards the end. No matter. It was not a great run but it now goes in the log book.

I think tomorrow will be a rest day from running.
