2.5

It is a dreary, drippy day out again today. But it isn't as bad as it was out yesterday so I snuck in a two and a half miler around the block. It is pretty humid out but also pretty cool. It felt good to add on a bit to the two milers I have been doing. My plan is to do a few more of these and work up to three miles a few times a week and then add in a weekly hill workout for a while. We'll see. Best laid plans and all...
