I had planned to do a few miles today but the rain kept coming so I decided instead to do a strength and abs day. Best way to get that done? Jillian Michaels. Yep, she yelled, I sweated. Now my abs hurt and my hamstrings and butt are shaking while just trying to make the bed. Mission accomplished!
Tomorrow is a cross-training day. Haven't checked the weather but hopefully I'll be outside on the bike instead of inside on the bike trainer.
