oh my

So what is everyone up to tomorrow? Yeah, I think I'll run a marathon or something. Yikes! Right now the forecast looks like the rain will leave by 3am, which is something I can live with.

My mind is all over the place. We will be driving to Queens this afternoon since I decided it would be easier for me and for my parents if we stayed at a hotel that was close to a subway. And we'll be in our old neighborhood with easy access to the marathon route in Queens. I will miss my kitty while we are away though. She is a calming influence. Well...sometimes.

I went to the Javits Center yesterday to pick up my race number and baggage bag. It's real now. I thought I was in the very last corral but there is one behind me! Woohooo! Now my mind is racing in a million different directions. I can't believe I'm doing this. What was I thinking?!
